Math in Occupations uses the same learning approach and covers the same material as the Math 8 LightUnit course. The textbook works equally well in homeschool and school settings. Students need to do their work on other paper, except for speed/mastery drills, quizzes, and tests. Reference numbers on exercises indicate the page number where the concept was taught. The textbook is more colorful than the LightUnits and contains 160 lessons.
